Medicare and Medicaid
If you are looking for a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan or looking for a Medigap plan, you are in the right place. It is important to note that Medicare doesn’t cover long term care.
To qualify Medicare, the beneficiary must

be at least 65 years old, or

have disability, or

have ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease), or

have Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis)
The qualification of Medicare Savings Program is based on beneficiary's income and asset.
The qualification of Medicaid is

based on income only if the applicant is < 65 years old,
-
based on income and asset if the applicant is > 65 years old.
